An instructor at a preschool in Kyunggi, Korea, was caught physically abusing a 3-year-old girl during a class.�

The captured video shows a 43-year-old music instructor who was a guest teacher, calling the 3-year-old victim to the front, only to kick her, causing the little girl to fall to the floor. The instructor makes the girl get on her feet again and continues to scold her while the child cries in distress. There are about a dozen other children who are in attendance as this abuse is taking place.�

The 3-year-old reported the attack to her parents after she went home and the parents demanded the security footage to be checked, which revealed the abuse. The mother reported the instructor to the police the following day.�

The mother of the victim stated, "She was beaten�up so badly that she came home bawling and told me that the teacher kicked her...A person who isn't qualified to work with children should not be brought in from the outside; the department of education needs to make sure that these people do not interact with children."�
