MC GREE revealed what motivated him to start hip hop on a radio show.
On 'Kim Chang Ryeol's Old School' that aired on October 25, MC GREE talked about how he decided to pursue hip hop full-time.
The other guest, Han Hae talked about how he started hip hop during college, and MC GREE responded by saying, "I also have a desire to go to college. I took the college entrance exam, and the results will be out on October 31 and November 1."
About what motivated him to start hip hop, MC GREE explained, "My dad (Kim Gu Ra) always had an interest in music, so we already listened to music from the Billboard chart, which led me to also have an interest. Then I mentioned my interest on an episode of 'Radio Star' and so many people wrote hateful comments about me, and that fired me up to pursue [music]."
