A photo of a man who seems to be urinating on the subway is going viral in Korea and grossing everyone out. 

The incident happened on Seoul Metro's line 1 subway. The original poster shared the photo below on an online community site along with, "I was sleeping [sitting in the subway] when someone woke me up. I saw that a man next to me was peeing...I am grateful to be woken up." 

In the photo, the allegedly drunken man can be seen urinating onto a seat. 

Someone uploaded the photo to Twitter with the caption, "Line 1 is as peaceful as always." The tweet has been retweeted over 3,000 times so far.

The person who took the photo reported the incident to the subway staff, and he claims that he was told that the janitorial staff has been informed. 

Netizens are understandably grossed out. One commented, "I was on it not too long ago...I guess I know why it smelled so bad." Another begged, "Please get rid of all the fabric seats and replace them with metal seats."
