As previously reported, the singer's ex-girlfriend reported Jung Joon Young to the police, claiming she had been filmed during sex without consent. However, shortly after the news blew up on the media, the ex-girlfriend came forward multiple times to admit that Jung Joon Young was innocent, and her accusation was a mistake on her part. 

The police have now announced that Jung Joon Young has been acquitted, and the investigation has been closed after interviewing the ex-girlfriend and coming to the conclusion that it was highly unlikely the singer took part in any filming against the ex-girlfriend's will. 

Because the situation grew out of proportion so quickly, it seems like we won't be seeing Jung Joon Young on broadcasts for some time despite the fact that he has been proven innocent.
