�A daycare worker who was caught on camera abusing toddlers has been arrested.�
On October 10, YTN released security camera footage of the worker who choked, slapped, and physically abused children.
The 25-year-old teacher can be seen yanking one toddler so hard that the child's body is lifted off of the ground. One child was slapped and in another instance, the teacher forces a toddler to lay down and abuses him by pinning him down with her knee and hands.�

These types of abuse have been reported since July and at least 7 different children are known to be victims.�
The teacher and the owner of the daycare in Incheon were arrested for child abuse and negligence.�
Experts warn that it is pointless to punish only after the perpetrators have been found, but it will be more effective to create and implement systems to prevent these types of abuse from happening in the first place.�
