On the 24th, his label C9 Entertainment had released a statement saying Jung Joon Young's ex-girlfriend had reported him for sexual assault, but that he had been cleared. However, it's now being reported that Jung Joon Young was invested not for sexual assault, but for sexual harassment - more specifically, that he filmed his ex-girlfriend while they were having sex with a hidden camera.

According to reports, his ex-girlfriend accused him of the act on August 6th. However, she cancelled the suit a few days later, and the case was sent to the East District Prosecutor's Office. In a call early morning on the 24th with Jung Joon Young's label, they told Dispatch, "He was accused not of sexual assault, but sexual harassment. It has ended on him being cleared of charges."
It's also been revealed that Jung Joon Young admitted to filming during sex. However, it was not by a hidden camera (some reports say he thought the girlfriend consented), and he deleted the video. Reports claim that he has not turned the phone in question to the police, stating the phone is broken. The prosecutor's office has also stated that they would reexamine the case from the beginning.
