On the most recent airing of MBC's 'Mask King', Lady Jane shocked many not only with her impressive vocals but also with her "changed" look. Cosmetic surgery rumors arose following the show, which she responded to with strong denial.

Lady Jane explained to Ilgan Sports, saying, "I did not undergo surgery at all. To be honest, performing on 'Mask King' was incredibly overwhelming. I lost 6kg (~13lbs) while practicing. I think that's why my face looks slimmer. I did not get any touching done." She also chuckled and said, "It's good to hear that I look prettier."
