Kyung Li and Nara reveal what exercises they do to keep the weight off

Nine Muses' Kyung Li and Hello Venus's Nara guested on the August 9 episode of 'Taxi' and revealed few of the ways they keep the weight off. 

Nara said, "I normally enjoy exercise. I do pilates and when I don't have the time, I work out at home for 30 minutes. I tend to gain weight easily. I like junk food so I put on tons of weight.

Kyung Li, on the other hand, stated that she enjoys more fun, interactive sports. The idol explained, "I don't like being stressed so I tried everything like cross fit and other fitness fads but for fun, I ride a scooter around town. I've lost the most amount of weight since debuting."
