On the August 10 airing of 'Hit The Stage', IOI's Kim Chung Ha opened up about her family and the reason she needs to succeed. 
The idol star revealed that she once almost quit dancing, explaining, "My family suffered from poor circumstances, but I told my mom, 'I really want to do this and I am confident about it so please let me'. I wanted to keep doing it even if it made me a bad daughter."

She continued, "That's why I'm sorry to them, and I need to suceed as soon as possible. That is also why this performance is important. I'm scared, but it is an opportunity to make myself more known to people."
