Ahead of the finale to SBS's 'Doctors,' actors Lee Sung Kyung and Yoon Kun Sang fulfilled their promise for viewer ratings!

Previously, they made a promise for over 20% viewer ratings, and for the 15th episode, the show raked in 21.3% so they did what they promised, which was have a free hug event for the pediatric ward of the medical center in Incheon, which is also where they film the drama!

Lee Sung Kyung relayed to the production crew how she wanted to do a meaningful event, and Yoon Kun Sang said he wanted to participate in her good deed, too, so the two of them got permission from the hospital beforehand and carefully had the event to avoid any incidents.

At their surprise appearance, the children were all surprised, but then they ran towards them for hugs happily.  The two were sad at the young children already going through so much pain, but they maintained an uplifting and happy atmosphere to help the children regain strength! 

A rep stated, "Seeing as how the actors shoot a lot at the hospital, they really wanted to show support for the patients who are having a hard time.  The children felt joy and happiness thanks to the two actors, but Lee Sung Kyung and Yoon Kun Sang also gained energy from the children who are gallantly fighting off diseases."
