On a recent airing of 'Video Star,' Zico's brother, Taewoon, appeared and relayed interesting information. He talked about how he entered Block B with brother Zico as members of the group, but he left before the debut.
He said, "In the early stage of Block B, the members were five: me, Zico, Song Min Ho, P.O, and Park Kyung. However, the group Block B was made with my brother as the focus, so I thought that I could cause harm," explaining why he decided to leave the group.
He explained that he wanted his brother to freely and comfortably promote music without being concerned about his older brother, so he left out of consideration for Zico. How sweet!

The MCs asked him, "Doesn't it hurt your stomach that Block B succeeded?" as in did he feel bitter or envious of the success. He replied honestly and wittily, "A bit. Because of that, I went to the bathroom more than once. If I had [been in the group], there'd probably be a lot of issues."
What a sweet brother!
