Suzy is dropping them big bills everywhere.
Sports Seoul reported on July 5 that Suzy purchased a multi-story building in Gangnam District's posh Samsung-dong for 3.7 billion KRW (~ $3.19 million USD). The building is said to include two levels under ground and five floors above ground.

It was reported that Suzy independently purchased the building using her legal name of Bae Su-ji and also took out a loan of 1.7 billion KRW (~$1.47 million USD).
Suzy's newly acquired building was said to have been built in 2012, and due to its prime geographic location, the monthly gain from owning the building is around 15,000,000 KRW (~$12,954 USD).
