On the July 18 installment of JTBC's 'Please Take Care of My Refrigerator,' John Park relayed his unchanging love for nengmyun (cold noodles).
He said, "I was traumatized when I first ate nengmyun. I wondered, 'How could such a taste exist?' I think I would be happy with a dish of Pyeongyang nengmyun and a bottle of soju."

John Park also went into detail about how he takes his nengmyun, revealing, "I don't put mustard and vinegar in my nengmyun. The meat broth is delicious. For TV, my mood is good after eating nengmyun, so I've sung and danced to 'Ninyaninyo.' I worry that if I sing ballads, people will always think that ballad is one about nengmyun."
