G-Friend appeared on MBC Everyone's 'Weekly Idol' on July 13!
On this day, the members were asked, "Why did you come out in today's opening?" and Yuju replied, "There's something of a jinx. When we record 'Weekly Idol' before our official promotions, the results are good."
Then they blew everyone's minds by performing not one but three songs almost all consecutively at twice the speed! They previously were a viral hit performing "Rough" at twice the speed on the show before.
Defconn said, "That video has surpassed 2 million views. Because you're the group that made the '2x dance' a huge hit, dance your previous hit songs at twice the speed in a row, and then do a relay by dancing to your new song at twice the speed."
The girls took on the challenge, performing "Glass Bead" and then "Me Gustas Tu" right after the other. After a short, well-deserved break, they then performed "Navillera" at twice the speed, and it looked super cool! Might look the coolest out of the three. Although the girls had issues like Sowon and Yerin's mics falling off and Umji's shoes coming undone, so you can see her velcro-ing it back multiple times, they were pros throughout!
