Netizen claims that Krystal got shots on her legs to make them slim

The OP shared the screen capture of a question someone had asked on a forum. The question went, "I want slim legs without fat like Krystal so what sport should I do? 50 points for detailed answer (please be as specific as possible)." In response, someone replied, "Krystal's legs are slim because of shots. You can't get legs like that IRL." 

OP then shared some 'proofs' (mostly in the form of pictures) to back up the claim that Krystal's legs are not natural, pinpointing the exact areas on Krystal's legs where she supposedly got the shots.
