Contact sport can get pretty intense, and SISTAR's Bora learned that the hard way during a recording of KBS2's 'Our Neighborhood Arts and Physical Education.'
The idol uploaded on her Instagram a picture of herself frowning and a bunch of shots showing her black and purple arms. She wrote, "I was hurt," explaining, "I got the bruises while practicing volleyball for 'Our Neighborhood Arts and Physical Education.'"

Despite the battle scars, Bora maintained a positive attitude, reassuring everyone, "I'm okay now."
