During a recent filming of the Chinese version of 'Off to School' in Taiwan, Luhan faced trouble for his improper visa. 

According to Dungsseon Taiwan News, "It is revealed that former EXO member Luhan visited Taiwan with a tourist visa, and not a performance visa. He could be facing a maximum of a 5 year visa ban penalty to Taiwan." The producers of the variety show then announced, "The issue has been reported to the person in charge. We will take action as soon as possible."

Meanwhile, the Taiwanese Immigration Agency and the producers of 'Off to School' are in discussion about whether deport Luhan back to China, or to allow him to stay until May 10. The final decision is scheduled to be announced in the near future.
