The woman who was arrested on charges of kicking her 3-year-old nephew to death confessed recently that the child she killed is actually a child that was born from being raped by her brother-in-law.
Gimpo Police Station revealed on April 7 that the culprit, a 27-year-old woman, testified to have given birth to two more of her brother-in-law's children aside from the child that she kicked to death.
Following this shocking confession, the police collected DNA samples from the woman and requested a paternity test from the National Forensics Service (NFS).
The woman was arrested for kicking her 3-year-old nephew in the stomach multiple times until he died, allegedly for the reason that he was disobedient.
It was during the police interrogation process that the convict testified, "My dead nephew is actually a child I had from being raped by my brother-in-law."
Police have arrested the brother-in-law, who is said to be in his 50's, and are currently investigating whether any truth lies behind what the woman claimed.
