On April 21, SMTOWN Theatre management company Dream Maker Entertainment responded, "Immediately after the issue took place, we investigated from within, and we've found that what the customer is claiming is completely false. Though headquarters can take legal steps immediately because of the spread of false rumors, the customer is our artists' fan, so we had our first personal meeting with the customer before taking legal action."
The company continued, "However, the customer's claims continue to be different than the truth, so we looked at CCTV footage for evidence of the truth. We found that there was no bodily harassment or insult, and we've currently made an accurate report of the CCTV evidence. If the matter in question isn't clearly revealed to be false, legal action will be unavoidable. We're making it known we'll be responding strictly and swiftly."
As previously reported, a fan who attended the SM Artium accused security of frisking her unnecessarily and claimed sexual harassment.
