The women were allowed to use a rating system where 4 stars equaled the highest and happiest, and 0-1 stars meant unhappy.
The following lists 6 countries which received the highest median rating, and 7 countries which received the lowest median ratings:

Brazil (3.86 stars)
Japan and Russia (3.83 stars)
