It was reported that on March 8, at approximately 1:20 AM, Supernova member Sungmo was stopped by police and found to be driving while intoxicated (DWI).

The singer was reported have met with an acquaintance for drinks on the evening of March 7, and returned home driving his own car. Because the hour was late and few cars were out on the roads, Sungmo ran a red light, being spotted and stopped by a policeman.
Upon testing, the policeman declared that Sungmo's Blood Alcohol Content was at 0.092%, proving that the singer was indeed driving while intoxicated.
Supernova's label Maru Entertainment revealed that Sungmo was currently deeply reflecting on his actions, and will be absolutely willing to undergo any additional investigation. Both the label and the Supernova member bow their heads in apology.
