On March 24 airing of KBS2's 'Vitamin', the show hosted a segment on health tips to stay cancer free.
Rainbow's Jisook, who appeared as a panelist and showed much interest in the show's health tips, talked about her mother, who passed away from cancer back in 2011.
She shared, "My mother passed away from metastatic cancer. But because I have a profession as a celebrity, my mom kept her health a secret from me, worrying that it would affect my activities. I didn't find out about her failing health until it was too late. Now, the rest of my family members are healthy, but just to be extra cautious, we all try to maintain our health with good eating habits and organic foods."
