A rep from Park Hae Jin's agency told News1star on March 10, "We didn't ask for money from the company that produced the OST. From the fan meet to the Japanese promotions, everything was done freely."

Further, regarding the fact that the only picture of Park Hae Jin included in the OST photo album was his official drama poster, the rep claimed, "When Park Hae Jin's DVD was being made for 'Cheese in the Trap,' I heard about the making of the OST from a producer on set. In the DVD, we planned to use around 3 to 40 cuts of bts shots, and we were worried that there would be overlaps [between the DVD cuts and the OST cuts] so [we asked the OST production company] to use only the official poster image. We only talked with the set producer and not anyone from the album production team regarding the making of the OST album."
The rep continued, "Posters include group pictures and individual pictures, and we never heard anything about how many cuts would be included in the OST album. So we thought Park Hae Jin's poster should serve to be enough. We made the DVD for the fans who love Park Hae Jin so we judged that the pictures shouldn't overlap with the album photos. We really didn't use [Park Hae Jin's] official poster for fear that the pictures would overlap. There are talks that we demanded money from the people that produced the OST album but we actually paid money to include a 'Cheese in the Trap' clip in the DVD."
