Actor Park Bo Gum has chosen a historical piece as his production after 'Reply 1988'!

His agency confirmed as much with the statement, "Park Bo Gum will be playing the lead, a prince, in the historical mini-series 'Moonlight Drawn By Clouds,' which is planning to air on KBS 2TV in the latter half of this year."

The series will be based on a popular web novel of the same name, a palace romance of the youths of Chosun that was never recorded by the historians.  

The characters include genius monarch, Prince Hyomyeong (Park Bo Gum), who dreams of the revival of the Chosun Era in the 19th century; a wandering poet, Kim Satgat; and Hong Ra On, the daughter of a traitor who accidentally becomes a eunuch and acts as their companion and lover.
