There's a lot of hype about a 'Cheese in the Trap' movie version after the disappointing result with the tvN drama.  So far, Park Hae Jin was revealed to have been offered the same role while the production crew denied they had given an offer to Seo Kang Jun.

Actresses Kim Go Eun and Lee Sung Kyung likewise responded to speculations they might be reprise their roles in the movie.  Kim Go Eun's agency said, "We haven't even received the formal appearance offer or anything regarding the production of 'Cheese in the Trap's movie version."

YG Entertainment said about Lee Sung Kyung, "There was no official offer.  If the movie production comes to fruition, then we could discuss it, but for now, nothing has been decided."
