INFINITE's Hoya's fans have donated 5 million KRW (approximately $4275 USD).
Since it's Hoya's birthday on March 28th, his fans gathered money to donate to the hearing impaired children who couldn't receive surgery because they lacked the money to. The fanclub said, "Every year, about 1600 infants are born hard of hearing, and we felt very sad that these children are cut off from the world because they can't hear. We are fans of a singer, so we wanted to give sound to the children who can't hear Hoya's love."

The organization said, "We were touched by the mature fan culture of congratulating a celebrity's birthday through sharing, just like last year. The donated amount will be used carefully so children hard of hearing can get surgery."
