MBC aired the women's competition on February 10 after yesterday's co-ed battle, and the girl groups who competed tonight were definitely up to the challenge. 4minute and EXID went head to head in the semi-finals, and it was a tough battle. 4minute's Jiyoon faltered, getting 4 points in two shots, losing the round against Hyerin. Sohyun, however, caught up with 9 and 10 points, but EXID's Hyerin took the win with her final arrow, getting 10 points.

In the final battle, it was EXID against Red Velvet, who had defeated MAMAMOO in the semi-finals. EXID's Solji started with 6 points and ended with 10, and Yeri shot 5 and 7, putting EXID in the lead. Red Velvet's Irene did excellent, shooting 9, 9, and 6, but they still were unable to defeat EXID.

EXID picked up the gold medal, giving them the second gold medal following women's wrestling, at the '2016 Idol Star Athletics Championship'!
