Noh Hong Chul took to the streets of Hongdae for the February 5th (KST) broadcast of 'Noh Hong Chul's Street SHOW'.
Noh Hong Chul surprising ran into a male fan on the streets, who gifted with him with a cake.
The fan revealed that he had seem him the day the accident occurred and felt regretful that he hadn't stopped Noh Hong Chul from driving.
He further stated, "The thing is, I even told my friends that I'd seen you. I bragged about having seen a celebrity, but the news article literally came out right after I said that. I felt a pang of guilt and responsibility."
Noh Hong Chul was shocked, stating, "I can't believe this!"
The fan humorously added, "It's alright to do bad things from now on, but just don't get caught while doing it!"
