While we're sitting all snug and warm indoors, there are a group of Korean and American Marine Corps undergoing some intense drills on the snow-covered plains of Hwangbyeong Mountain, which is around 100 miles east of Seoul.
Beginning on January 19, the Korean and American Marine Corps started training in the snow at Hwangbyeong Mountain, located in Gangwon Province's Pyeongchang County. This specific intense training was formed thanks to the mutual agreement and understanding shared by both the Korean and American Marine Corps that overcoming harsh environments is a prerequisite to victory in battle.
