Jang Hyuk, who was featured as a guest on the show, asked Yura about her diet secret, and Yura answered, "I just eat normally then get ready when it's time for me to go on a diet. Two weeks before comeback is when I don't eat and concentrate on loosing weight. That's why there are times when I fail."
To this Jang Hyuk responded, "I exercise by boxing. I suggest you loose weight by eating all you want and then exercising. You will feel good and also be more energized."
It sounds like Jang Hyuk provided some good advice for Yura and everyone else.
