Suwon District Court announced on February 23 that they have sentenced 20-year-old Park, who is charged with violating minor/child protection laws, to 3 years and six months in prison, the compulsory completion of a 40 hours of a sexual violence treatment program, and also ordered him to expose his personal information for a total of four years as a sex offender.
The courts also sentenced another 20-year-old Park to 2 years in prison and 3 years of probation for abetting in Park's crimes.

Park, who worked for a chicken place as a deliveryman, forced himself on his friend Park's girlfriend's friend, 16-year-old 'A', when he learned that 'A' ran away from home and was staying at the dorm inside the restaurant. Park was arrested for charges of raping 'A' after allegedly telling her, "Starting from tomorrow, you must have sex with me. Practice on me."
That same year from March and four months thereafter, Park forced 'A' to have sex over 80 times with men he connected with through an app, charging approximately 150,000 KRW (~$121 USD) per session and raising a total of 12 million KRW (~$9,712 USD).
Park also kept tabs on 'A' using another app and pressured her into having sex with him. When she refused his advances or ignored his calls, he would find her and physically abuse her.
