B2ST's Junhyung apologized for failing to attend the fan meeting in Japan.
On February 22, Junhyung updated his Instagram with a photo of a puppy and a caption that reads, "Hello. This is Junhyung. I am feeling better today after taking medicine and some rest even though my throat is still a bit swollen. I am apologizing as I thought some of you might have been upset about my actions yesterday."

This apology followed his absence at a fan meeting in Japan. Junhyung could not attend and had to fly back home early due to health reasons. However, fans were confused as Junhyung was heard to have attended Jung Joon Young's birthday party.
Junhyung also commented, "It is true that I attended Joon Young's birthday party. But as you know, due to my poor condition I only stopped by to drop off his present and came back home right away."
He added, "If my actions created confusion then that is my fault. From now on I will be more careful and will try my best to give back to my fans. Stay healthy, everyone. I am very sorry."
His sincere apology is grabbing more attention as it contrasts greatly from fellow member Hyunseung's controversy regarding his careless actions.
