Actor Kang Ha Neul talked of how he got in shape for his role in an upcoming movie, 'Dongju,' revealing an extremely diet regimen.


During the interview, Kang Ha Neul said, "I went on a diet for the movie 'Dongju.' I lost about 7~8kg (15~17lbs). I ate one cup ramen a day." Now, we've heard of all kinds of celebrity diet plans from one food (usually banana or sweet potato) diet to even low calorie diets, but this is the first celebrity to admit to eating one cup ramen a day. 


For those who are looking to shed some pounds this winter, this is definitely not a recommended diet plan.

Meanwhile, the movie 'Dongju' follows the life of poet Yun Dong-Ju who is eventually imprisoned by the Japanese government for being involved in the Korean independence movement.
