No, not the same B-Free. There's a Detroit based American rapper of the same name who's taken BTS' side over this mess. On his Twitter, he wrote the below:

The few tweets that he has on BTS have a lot more retweets and favorites than his normal tweets, not to mention that he's using the chance to promote his tracks, as well.
