Love conquers all, or so they always say, and this old axiom couldn't be more true for the lovebirds Lim Chang Hyun and Kim Yoon Kyung who were planning to tie the knot on the tropical Korean island of Jeju.
The two's marriage became something of a hot topic online when their none-too-typical wedding ceremony was shared online under a blog post titled 'Gimpo Airport Gate 4 Wedding.' The couple was originally supposed to get married at the Jeju Hyatt Regency on January 23 at 4pm.

Alas, a severe blizzard ruined their plans, and the couple, along with thousands of others that were on their way to Jeju and beyond, were trapped at Gimpo Airport. As the snowstorm raged on, the couple realized that they will never reach their destination on time, so they just decided to hold a small ceremony then and there at the airport.
After successfully tying the knot at Gimpo Airport surrounded by strangers who gave the newlywed their blessings, Lim wrote on on his Instagram, "Improv marriage at Gimpo Airport. Thank you to everyone who were with us and we will do our best to love hard and work hard." It may not have been a fancy wedding, but it sure is one that neither husband nor wife will soon forget!
