It appears that fans noticed Ailee was on her phone during SHINee's recent performance at the Seoul Music Awards, and she took to Instagram to apologize and explain what happened.
She wrote, "I'm so sorry for being on my phone during SHINee sunbaenim's performance. But as soon as I opened the app, I was the first one to type 'SHINee' but the performance had already ended. I really support SHINee sunbaenims. - written by a timid girl."

What Ailee is talking about is the 'banner' you can have on your phone through an app. Ailee wanted to hold up her phone with SHINee's name on it to support them during their performance.
