According to Korean National Police Agency's Cyber Security Administration, the Jeonnam Provincial Police Agency indicted two people including a 24-year-old identified by surname Oh under charges of partaking in sexual activity with a minor.
The two are suspected of airing 20 minutes of sexual acts with 18-year-old 'A' (still underage age in South Korea as 19 is the age you are officially an adult) at a motel in Gangnam last month.

After an investigation, police found that on the same day around midnight, the two culprits had advertised that they would be live broadcasting sexual content on their online channel. Only a limited number of viewers were allowed access to the content, a total of 380 people who paid them subscription fees. It was also found that Oh and his accomplice collected around 7 million KRW (~$5,962 USD) in subscription fees through this illegal live broadcast and paid 'A' 500,000 KRW (~$426 USD) of the 7 million KRW.
Police had initially thought that the two culprits had only distributed pornographic content and had released them not knowing that 'A' was a minor.
