'The Good Wife' centers on a wife who had quit her job after getting married, but returns as a lawyer in thirteen years in order to take responsibility for her family's livelihood due to her husband's political scandals and corruption.
Producer Cho Moon Ju revealed that he decided to remake the American series because of not only its focus on the legal and melodramatic aspects of the show or even the heroine's recovery from hardship but also her mental growth and the focus on her feelings.
It will be directed by Lee Jung Hyo of 'I Need Romance 2012' and 'Witch's Romance.' It will be written by Han Sung Woon of 'Spy.'
