Girls' Generation's Hyoyeon is a hot and fit athlete in her joint 'Cosmopolitan' pictorial with famous trainer Rebecca Louise. The two are rocking their blonde hair and work-out clothing from 'Le Coq Sportif'.
When asked what part of her body she is most confident about, Hyoyeon replied, "For me, it's my back muscles. However, I don't really focus on my back. I typically do 'entire body' exercises. And I always stretch before I go to sleep."
Rebecca Louise replied, "I'm confident about my stomach. I like ab exercises and I often do planks. If I get into a position, I can stay for about 7-8 minutes."
