According to Newsen, which borrowed words from an E-Sens' representative to release a report, the rapper has now ultimately decided to accept the court's decision to reject his appeal and he has accepted his original one year and six months sentence from the first trial.
Back on November 26, Seoul High Court had dismissed the rapper's original appeal and sentenced him to his original penalty of one year and six months in prison.

The court stated, "Even though E-Sens was penalized back in April of 2014 for his double delinquencies, he committed another crime just two months after his probation ended. He committed another crime even as the investigation for a past offense was still ongoing. The ruling of his first trial can't be considered severe or unjust even after taking account the defendant's anxiety and his confessions," relaying the reasons for dismissing the rapper's appeal.
Before his final trial, E-Sens sought leniency a total two times but his appeals were rejected by the courts and, eventually, E-Sens gave up on the appeal process to lighten his sentence.
