The photo showed T.O.P's response to what is assumed to be fan's personal message to him spilling his/her concerns. T.O.P had wrote back to the fan, "Please cherish your dream. Be strengthened from it. Thank you for telling me about your concerns. I don't know exactly what to tell you but when you overcome your fears, please let me know. Because you're my fan, you'll do well. I'll be your fan, too," mollifying the fan's worries with simple yet kind words of encouragement.
