Mnet has responded to complaints about the voting system for the '2015 Mnet Asian Music Awards'. Voters have been complaining that the count has been messed with, suggesting that the system is not reflecting the true winners.
On November 20, a rep from Mnet stated, "We made a voting page to prevent ineligible votes, and we are monitoring them for accurate results. Fans can only vote once every day through one account, so it's not possible that someone could vote multiple times for an artist and upset the ballot."
The rep added that though some users have created multiple accounts under one name to vote numerous times, the website has a CAPTCHA system in place to counteract that issue.
In other news, the '2015 MAMA' is taking place in Hong Kong on December 2.
