The rapper, who was one of the eight contestants to sing their hearts out and compete for the esteemed title of the 14th 'Mask King,' was regrettably eliminated in the show's first round.
During the first round's third showdown, Cheetah, whose face was still hidden behind her mask, sang Jaurim's "Magic Carpet Ride" with a contestant under the moniker 'Stop right there.' Unfortunately, the judging panel chose 'Stop right there' to move onto the subsequent round, forcing Cheetah to take off her mask and reveal her true identity.

Cheetah started singing her rendition of blues band Shichon Blues' "Alleway," and took her mask off midway through her performance. The judges and the audience were shocked beyond belief to find that the woman with the charismatic, husky tone of voice was none other than rapper Cheetah! Everyone's mouths gaped open at this entirely unexpected reveal.
After the initial shock wore off, the judging panel raved, "Taking into consideration the past 'Mask King' singers' stage presence, you are in the top five," and "You should release a record."
Shin Bong Sun requested Cheetah to sing the song that she would have performed had she made it to the next round. The rapper obliged without complaint, singing Kim Bum Soo's "The Practical Usage of Sadness." During her performance, however, the rapper was overcome with emotion and couldn't stop her tears from falling. The tears were tears of joy, or so the rapper said, explaining, "My dream came true by coming on 'Mask King.' It was awesome seeing everyone's shocked expressions...I wanted to show people that though I'm known for rap, I can sing, too."
