During the press conference for his upcoming album 'Had to Be Yesterday' on October 15, Junsu talked about his fellow JYJ members, Jaejoong and Yoochun, both of whom are currently serving in the military.

Junsu said, "I feel an emptiness because I can't see them when I want to. �Recently, I met up with Yoochun who was getting his hair cut at the shop. �There was another time I met him at 9 PM in a PC room. �I went to the PC room and a person there playing a game looked so familiar. �It was Yoochun," making everyone laugh.
He continued, "As for Jaejoong, he calls me through collect call too often. �He's so cheery it makes me wonder if he's a soldier by nature. �It's nice to see that he's doing well."
