tvN aired a special episode ahead of the premiere of 'Reply 1988' on October 30, showing the production crew's first meeting with their lead girl, Girl's Day's Hyeri.
When asked by the producer if she had wanted to act, she replied, "I originally wanted to act more than sing." �She then was shown immersing herself in practicing her lines, repeating even the smallest movements. �Despite a fever throughout her body, she still diligently rehearsed.
