Berry Good had their comeback stage the other day on 'The Show,' singing a heartfelt ballad "My First Love." However, even though the song called for deep sentiments and was enveloped with sorrow and longing, the girls raised alarm when they seemed unable to hold back their tears during the performance.
Fans wondered why, wondering if perhaps they were getting deep into the emotion of the song. It appears that a few weeks ago, according to leader Taeha, their exclusive producer Joo Tae Young, who composed "My First Love," passed away from a long struggle against an illness, making sure to leave behind this song for the girls even though it was difficult for him to finish it.
The girls even left a thoughtful message for him with the release of their official MV. Apparently, while performing the song for the first time, they were overwhelmed with emotions and could not hold back their tears.
It's a touching performance. You can watch it above. You can also view their performance from today's 'Show Champion' below.
