Singer and actress UEE met with the media for an interview following the completion of SBS drama 'High Society' and talked romance.
She said, "There's no such thing as unrequited love for me. I'm the type that says I like somebody right away if I like him. Up to now, I've even experienced being turned down a couple of times."
Regarding Kwanghee, who showed his interest in her through 'Infinity Challenge,' UEE stated, "I scolded Kwanghee with, 'Hey! You didn't call me!' My long-time fans are understanding because they know my personality, but there were also people who told me not to be like that. My ideal type is a man who likes me for who I am. I have a lot of different sides, but I could even marry right now and right away if I met someone who liked all of me."
She also showed her affections for her character, Yoon Ha, in 'High Society,' stating, "It was hard to leave my character, Yoon Ha, in the production, so in the after party, I cried. She was a character I've always wanted to try, so I challenged myself and was able to transform through this drama, which I liked."
The role enabled her to try out a variety of new things, which had, in turn, changed her image quite a bit. "Because of my image as an 'athlete-dol,' a lot of energetic roles had come in, but after 'High Society,' feminine roles are coming in," she revealed. "I'm so grateful I got to change through Yoon Ha."
Do you prefer the energetic or feminine UEE, though?
