A man who pretended to have EXO and Big Bang concert ticjetss to sell when he did not has been caught for fraud.
Mr. Kim (21) took over 2.8 million KRW (approximately $2400 USD) for presales from February 2013 until August 2nd this year. 838 people sent amounts from 200,000 KRW to 500,000 KRW (170-420 USD) and received presale numbers.

However, the numbers they received turned out to be cancelled numbers or numbers that were already used. He changed his phone numbers multiple times and used 7 different bank accounts, as well as different Naver accounts.
