So far, huge names such as Big Sean, Halsey, Travis Scott, Ariana Grande, Ed Sheeran, Tony Hawk, Shaquille O'Neal, Coldplay, Gigi Hadid, and Carly Rae Jepsen have been counting down on Justin Bieber's Instagram to his "What Do You Mean" release.
