Actor Ryu Duk Hwan exposed the Big Bang leader's humble�beginnings as he told the viewers, "I met G-Dragon on�MBC's 'Popopo' and formed a group with him. We performed at grape festivals and clam festivals. One time we even opened for H.O.T as the 'mini H.O.T."�
Though the two went on very separate paths, both are very successful in their respective careers, with G-Dragon having proved himself as a songwriter / producer time and time again and Ryu Duk Hwan having made his name as both a film and TV actor.�
